Just wanna see what i could improve on!! Character belongs to a friend ^^

i love your colors here, and the way you lined the hair! as for the redline: try practicing how clothing folds over the masses of the body. there are seven different types of clothing folds–here’s an article explaining (take this with a grain of salt, as the illustrations provided in it aren’t the best): https://www.pluralsight.com/blog/creative-professional/the-6-fold-types-every-illustrator-should-know-for-drawing-clothing

lace in particular can be very difficult, but don’t get discouraged! here’s a good tutorial:

Thought I’d start with visuals for this post.

It’s supposed to kind of update those who’re still following this blog.

This is what it looks like inside my head. Pretty empty yet a complete mess.

I’m not well. I haven’t been for the past year. I mean, sure, I’ve been suffering from depression for over 20 years now.. but last year it suddenly went from bad to worse.

I am NOT suicidal. (just thought I’d mention this for the worrywarts out there)

Social media (especially tumblr) is a place where you should be when you’re more or less stable, otherwise it’ll suck you dry; at least in my case. And I had to concentrate on my issues.

I won’t say I’m back yet, but I am going to unfollow a bunch of people, who’ve mostly progressed in a different direction (which is awesome for them). People change, interests change, and it’s good that way.

No one should feel pressured to follow me either. Even unfollowed we could still chat in the messages if you want.

So, here I am, making great artists, friends, and a bunch of other awesome content leave my dash. I feel sad about it but I need to regain control over what goes into my brain.

Have a good one
