Quite possibly. However, some men’s athletic briefs can be very high-cut, so we can’t conclude with 100% certainty that LttP Link is going commando.
Flesh toned tights, maybe? That would hide any showing briefs, but nothing that would go lower.

Imagine the teams playing cards against humanity during the Tokyo training camp. Kuroo draws the ‘homoerotic volleyball montage’ card and can’t breathe for an entire round cause he’s laughing so hard.
