hello! I recently found this rad app called “CamScanner”, a mobile app for android and iOS
what does this app do? well, basically it imitates a scanner, so even if you don’t have one, you can take real cool pictures of your drawings!
for this to work, i suggest you take a picture of your entire paper / sketchbook / etc. The app will automatically crop your picture and come out with something like this:
(sometimes it wont be too accurate, but that can be easily fixed by moving the frame yourself)
once scanned, the app will make it so your drawing looks like this:
(the app will have some presets, so you might want to mess around with those. OR you can mess with the settings yourself to get a look you desire)
this can be really helpful if you plan to color your traditional piece on a computer, or something similar.
this can even work with colored drawing, if you’d like!

I used to miss fanzines all the time and I realised that no one had a blog dedicated to this specific need so I decided to start this blog to bring updates on various fanzines and introduce to you new ones that maybe you haven’t discovered yet. ∩˙▿˙∩
TLDR; Basically what this blog is about is to compile and bring updates on all anime fanzines found on various social media platforms.

So my pain continues. What was supposed to be two months maximum off work with my knee operation has grown more desperate. Despite being able to return to work, work has no hours for me until March. On top of that, the company I do freelance writing through is having issues with my account not logging me in for three weeks with no word of when it will be fixed. I’ve also reached the end of my savings and drained pretty much every account and my credit card.
Upside… I have plenty of time to write?

Hi guys! I usually never get too personal here, but ANYWAYS some of you know I have a cat that I dearly love named Rory! Lots of my IRL family and friends know how obsessed I was getting a cat, so when she came into our lives, it was a really precious moment. (One day I will post my embarrassing first encounter with her LOL) She was a stray that followed my sister home, and we’ve had her for one year now. However, she developed a polyp/growth in her throat that obstructs her breathing. She had been on steroids to relieve the pain, but it was so bad one night, we almost lost her.
