Elementary teacher Barry White, Jr, has
a secret handshake for all his students.
A girl who was often late to class for
visiting his room every morning to get
her handshake made him realize how
powerful something so simple could be,
so he decided to do it for all the kids in
one of his classes. He then thought, ‘Ok,
if I can do 20, I can do 20 more,’ came
up with handshakes for all his students,
and now even has them for teachers,
